La ligue des consommateurs du Togo (LCT) par le biais de son président Dr Emmanuel SOGADJI a pris part à la cérémonie de lancement de la portabilité au Togo en présence de la Ministre de l’économie numérique, du directeur Général de l’ARCEP Togo, des responsables des deux opérateurs de téléphonie et des autres représentants d’autres organisations de consommateurs. Cette initiative lancée il y a de cela plus d’un an à travers une enquête de sondage où les consommateurs ont souhaité sa mise en œuvre, l’arcep s’est fortement impliquée tout y associant les opérateurs et les organisations de consommateurs dont la LCT.
